1. General Terms

By creating an account on ikimisli.vin, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. ikimisli reserves the right to amend or revise these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

ikimisli is an online gaming platform designed exclusively for residents of the Philippines aged 21 years and older. By accessing ikimisli, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that you meet all eligibility requirements under Philippine law. Accounts created by individuals under 21 are prohibited and will be closed immediately upon discovery, with all funds forfeited.

2. Account Registration and Use

• You must keep your registered email address and phone number up to date. Account recovery may be impossible if your contact information is outdated.
• Multi-accounting — creating multiple accounts under different names, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All account funding and withdrawals are conducted in Philippine Peso through approved payment channels including Philippine online banking (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), bank transfer, and e-wallets (GCash, Maya).

• Minimum deposit is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your account immediately after successful payment confirmation.
• Withdrawals are available once your account has been verified (KYC identity verification required).
• Minimum withdrawal is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier — see the VIP page for details.
• Withdrawal processing time depends on your VIP tier and the payment method used. Standard processing is 24–48 business hours.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that deposit funds come from a legitimate source under your control. ikimisli does not accept payments from stolen cards, money laundering schemes, or other illicit sources.
• Disputed deposits or withdrawals must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims made after this window cannot be reviewed.

4. Responsible Gaming and Player Limits

ikimisli is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players aged 21+ are encouraged to gamble only with money they can afford to lose. The platform provides the following safeguards:

• Deposit Limits: You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your account. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be bypassed once set.
• Session Time Awareness: The app and browser display session duration and remaining time before automatic logout. Sessions that exceed a threshold trigger reminder notifications.
• Account Cooling-Off: You can request a temporary account suspension (7 to 30 days) to take a break from play without closing your account permanently.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion is available for players who wish to close their account indefinitely. Once self-excluded, you cannot reopen that account.
• ikimisli will not knowingly accept deposits from players who have self-excluded on any other licensed gaming platform — you are responsible for disclosing any prior self-exclusions.

5. Game Rules and Betting

All games on ikimisli operate according to published rules and payout schedules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets.

• Slots: Outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each spin is independent. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel.
• Live Casino: Bets are placed during the betting window shown on screen. Once the betting window closes, no further bets for that round are accepted. Results are determined by the physical game action (cards dealt, wheel spun, etc.) and cannot be reversed.
• Sports Betting: Bets are accepted up until the event start time. Bets placed after an event has begun may be rejected or voided. Odds and payouts are locked at the time of bet placement.
• eBingo: Bingo cards are allocated randomly. Winning tickets are determined by the standard bingo pattern — this cannot be altered or disputed.
• Bets placed during platform maintenance, server errors, or technical glitches may be voided at ikimisli's sole discretion. The decision to void a bet will be communicated to the player with an explanation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers are provided at ikimisli's sole discretion and are subject to terms and conditions that vary by promotion. General principles apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal eligibility. This wagering requirement is clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses may have expiration dates. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited.
• ikimisli reserves the right to refuse bonuses to any player, or to cancel a bonus if it appears to have been claimed through fraudulent means.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming multiple bonuses across accounts or using bonuses in combination with betting strategies designed to extract maximum value — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ikimisli:

• Creating accounts if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating duplicate or alternate accounts
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ikimisli systems or other player accounts
• Using the platform in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited
• Depositing funds from sources you do not control or from illicit activities
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes (applicable to poker and competitive games)
• Abusing customer support channels with false claims or harassment
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

8. KYC Verification and Data Privacy

Before your first withdrawal, ikimisli requires Know-Your-Customer (KYC) identity verification to comply with regulatory standards and prevent fraud.

9. Liability and Dispute Resolution

ikimisli provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ikimisli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits or data.

Disputes arising from platform use should first be reported to customer support ([email protected]) with detailed documentation. ikimisli will investigate and respond within 7 business days. If you remain unsatisfied, escalation procedures may be available depending on the nature of the dispute.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to gaming in the Philippines. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

10. Termination of Accounts and Services

ikimisli reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, violation of these terms, or legal requirements.

• If your account is terminated due to a breach by you, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
• If ikimisli terminates your account without cause, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 30 days.
• Self-exclusion is permanent. Once an account is self-excluded, it cannot be reactivated.
